Q. What makes your product so special?
A. The lüft annorak softshell is unlike any product you have used before. We have taken the basic design of a pullover hoodie, and combined it with the technical fabrics of a very waterproof/breathable ski jacket. This combination creates a relaxed fit jacket with a 15K/15K waterproof/breathable rating. Typically jackets this technical sell for well over $270. You can buys ours today for $199. |

A. Feel free to return any unused item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be returned inside its original packaging with all tags in-tact.* * FINAL SALE ITEMS cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. |

Q. What is your warranty?
A. All lüft products are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date that you receive your item. Warranty claims are to be made through luftgear.com. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase. Our warranty does not cover any defects due to accidents, improper care, negligence, wear and tear, rips, tears, holes, burns, pilling, or shrinking. Any alterations made to our products void the warranty. |
Q. Why don't I see the plain black softshell available for sale on your website?
A. After we developed the product we tested a few color combinations. Grasplan green was by far the most popular colorway among skiers and snowboarders, so we decided that we would make our first product in that color.
